Our covers can be easily broken down into smaller sections with zippers and stored in a standard Dacron bag which can be added to the order. Most curtains will have a zipper down the middle of the curtain as seen in the above pictures. This is due to vinyl width limitations. The maximum height we build curtains are 10′ and the maximum width is 31.5′ We use 30 gauge double polished window vinyl for the best clarity and robust YKK zippers. We give the customer multiple options for mounting the curtain and include straps to tie up curtains when not in use.
Measure the bottom width where the curtain is going to touch the deck. When you measure the top width measure in a straight horizontal line between bows. Center height is measured from deck to bimini bows. Measuring the side height, start from the deck and measure up to the start of where the bimini canvas starts on the bows vertically.
A typical standard size for a pontoon boat is 90″ width top and bottom, 80″ height center, 78″ height on sides.
Standard Bottom Mounting
Adjustable straps are used on the bottom of the curtains to clip easily to pad eyes mounted to deck.
Standard Top Mounting Options
We offer 4 types of mounting options for the top of your curtain. Depending on what type of Bimini cover frame you have, we have the solution. The first type is the hard top option. We finishish the top of the curtain with a welting that slides into a provided rail that gets permanently mounted to your strait hard top frame.
The second option is the Bimini top frame with round tubing. With this option we provide a clamping system that makes the curtain mount and remove easily from your Frame. The third option is for the square tubing frame, it works in the same manner as the round tubing.
The last option is for T-Tops. We finish our curtain with grommets so that the curtain can be laced to a T-top frame.
Repairs
Shipping of Repairs to our shop: Once the transaction has been completed through the shopping cart you will be sent our complete shipping address. For shipping quoting purposes shipping will be to Wells, ME 04090.
Repairs will be completed in a one week in shop turn around.
